As their first project with a company in the bicycle industry, we are delighted that our many years of joint development have now reached their preliminary climax with this step.

Manufactured in the Austrian Montafon Valley, the VELO DE VILLE AEB Wave frame is produced here according to our design specifications, in close consultation with our development team. The result: a frame that is perfectly matched to our AEB Wave models, has short delivery routes and is available at all times in consistently high quality.

Our AEB Wave frame is produced using an innovative hydroforming process. This process allows for precise shaping, high stability and low weight. These are properties that we need for the perfect integration of the drive, battery and components of our e-bikes.

WE-FORM brings decades of experience in motorsport to the table and applies this to our requirements in bicycle construction. The result is the AEB Wave frame, which is of the highest standard both visually and technically, tailor-made for VELO DE VILLE.

Sustainability through short transport routes

A clear advantage of our collaboration: the distances are short.

Instead of importing the frame from the Far East, the AEB Wave frame comes directly from Austria to our production facility in North Rhine-Westphalia. This reduces CO₂ emissions during transport, saves packaging material and enables us to deliver flexibly and quickly – especially when your dream bike needs to be manufactured promptly.

Sustainability through durable materials

For the AEB Wave frame, we rely on high-quality aluminium alloys such as 6061 T6 or 7005 T6. Stable, lightweight and extremely durable. On average, up to 80% recycled aluminium is used.

This has a significant impact on the environmental balance:

an AEB Wave frame from Austria causes less than 20 kg of CO₂ per unit, while comparable frames from Asia often cause more than 60 kg of CO₂. A clear win for the environment and climate.
