The switch to special multi-purpose grease

In September 2022, we completed the switch to biodegradable greases and lubricants for use in our production. The grease is a biodegradable special multi-purpose grease. Due to its high corrosion protection, it protects the metal components of your bike from damage such as rust. The high water resistance and long-term lubrication of the special grease reduce damage caused by water, ensuring that the individual components of the bike remain in good condition for a long time. The grease remains functional over a long period of time without the need to re-grease individual parts of the bike. Specific applications for the special multi-purpose grease include bottom bracket assembly and lubrication of the seat post and seat post adapter. This assembly grease has been awarded the Blue Angel and EU Ecolabel certifications. 

We will continue to check all materials used in our production for sustainability and, as in this case, switch to more environmentally friendly products.
