1. Organiser
The competition is organised by AT Zweirad GmbH, operator of the VELO DE VILLE brand.
2. Participation period
The competition will only take place during the EUROBIKE 2025 trade fair from 25 June to 29 June 2025 inclusive.
3. Participation requirements
Any natural person aged 18 or over who fulfils the following requirements is eligible to take part:
- Registration in the VELOWallet app with a valid user account (prerequisite for participation).
- Scan at least two (2) of the four (4) QR codes placed at various VELO DE VILLE and partner trade fair stands.
- One digital participation ticket can be redeemed in the VELOWallet app for every two (2) codes scanned.
- A maximum of two tickets per person are possible by scanning all four QR codes.
- Participation is only possible on site during the trade fair.
4. Prize
The prize is a VELO DE VILLE REVO-C in the exclusive Black Edition.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be paid out in cash. We reserve the right to make changes to the prize (e.g. model or equipment).
5. exclusion from the competition
The following are excluded from participation:
- Employees of AT Zweirad GmbH,
- Employees of the companies within the AT CYCLES Group,
- as well as employees of the participating partner companies Abus, Ergotec/Humpert and Schwalbe,
- including their relatives.
VELO DE VILLE also reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition in the event of attempts at manipulation or breaches of these conditions of participation.
6. course of the competition
- The QR codes can be found on selected stands at Eurobike.
- The codes must be scanned with the VELOWALLET app in order to generate participation tickets in the app.
- The prize draw will take place after the end of the participation period.
- The winner will be contacted by app notification or email.
7. Data protection
Personal data (e.g. name, email address, app user ID) will only be processed for the purpose of organising the competition. The provisions of the VELO DE VILLE privacy policy apply.
8. Liability
The organiser shall only be liable for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence, unless they are damages resulting from injury to life, limb or health.
9. Legal process
Legal recourse is excluded.
10. Other
These conditions of participation and the competition are subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.
By participating, the participant expressly recognises these conditions.
