With our Custom Made principle, we have been offering our customers the opportunity to create bikes according to their needs for years. This individuality of our bikes has become our trademark and every year more and more people configure their own personal bike.
The challenges of this year with its high demand, the Corona virus and the related pressure on our supply chain have the following implications: We will unfortunately not be able to meet our usual delivery times for new orders until the middle of next year.
Background information: the past six months have been quite successful in the entire e-bike and bike market. All suppliers and manufacturers have been overwhelmed by it. This has unfortunately extended our delivery times in material procurement, so that we can only deliver newly ordered bikes to a very limited extent before July 2021. Of course, this is not our claim and therefore we will continuously work on improving the situation. Among other things, we are currently doubling our production capacity and expanding our production to one of the most modern in all of Europe. It will still take a little while before production can start there.
A tip for all those who do not want to wait that long: Our dealers have secured contingents that you can still customize to a large degree. Just contact the dealer in your area. Maybe your dream bike is in stock and you can benefit from much shorter delivery times.
